1. Information we process

When you use Momentune, we may process:

• Song content: ideas, titles, lyrics, style choices, and other creative directions you submit.
• Generated content: songs, artwork, generation status, favorites, and library information.
• Service identifiers: an anonymous account identifier, a securely hashed session credential, and an idempotency identifier used to prevent duplicate generations.
• Purchase information: subscription product, status, and entitlement information supplied by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not receive your full payment card details.
• Notification information: an Apple Push Notification service token, notification environment, locale, and time zone when you allow notifications.
• Technical information: request logs, error events, and limited device or network information needed for security, delivery, and reliability.

2. How we use information

We use information to create songs, restore your library, deliver generated media, manage credits and subscriptions, send requested notifications, prevent abuse and duplicate charges, provide support, and improve service reliability.

Momentune does not sell personal information and does not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. Service providers

We share only the information needed for a provider to perform its role. These providers may include Apple for purchases and notifications, RevenueCat for subscription infrastructure, an AI music generation provider for processing creative inputs and producing songs, and infrastructure providers used to host, secure, and deliver the service and website.

4. Retention and deletion

We retain account, song, purchase, and generation records while needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. Operational logs are retained for a limited period appropriate to security and reliability.

You may request deletion of your Momentune data by contacting support@momentune.app. We may need information that reasonably verifies the request belongs to the relevant anonymous account or device. Some records may be retained where legally required.

5. Security and international processing

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, restricted service access, hashed session credentials, and server-side purchase validation. No system is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.

6. Children

Momentune is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where required by local law. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and delete it.

7. Your choices and rights

You can decline notifications in iOS Settings, manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account, and request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Contact us at support@momentune.app.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Momentune evolves. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
