Terms of Use

1. Using Momentune

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must approve your use where required. You are responsible for activity associated with your device and anonymous Momentune session.

2. Your content

You retain any rights you already have in the ideas, lyrics, images, and other material you submit. You give Momentune and its service providers a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you submit. Do not use Momentune to infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights, or to create unlawful, abusive, hateful, deceptive, or harmful content.

3. AI-generated songs

AI output can be unpredictable and may not always be accurate, unique, or suitable for your intended use. Similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing a song and determining whether you may use, publish, or commercialize it under applicable law and any notices shown in the app.

4. Credits, subscriptions, and billing

Creating a song may require a creation credit. Prices, included credits, billing periods, renewal terms, and trial details are shown before purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your Apple account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, as described by Apple.

Unless required by law or Apple's policies, purchases are non-refundable. If a generation fails completely due to a service error, Momentune may automatically return the applicable creation credit.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep Momentune reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every generation will complete. We may update, add, limit, or discontinue features, including models, providers, credit allowances, and supported platforms.

6. Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, our providers, or third parties; respond to legal obligations; prevent fraud or abuse; or address a material breach of these terms. You may stop using Momentune at any time and request deletion through Support.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Momentune is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties that may legally be disclaimed. Momentune is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@momentune.app. We may revise these terms as the service changes. Updated terms will be posted here with a new effective date, and additional notice will be provided where required.
